BUY & PRINT AT HOME
While buying your Full-Access PASS on the XLSIOR website, print and keep your booking confirmation until the festival to exchange it against your wristband.
HOW TO COLLECT YOUR XLSIOR PASS
Important note:
You will be able to collect your wristband by exchanging your printed booking confirmation with your ID/Passport (Photocopy accepted) at:
★ the Welcome Point : Place to be announced at later stage OR
★ the entrance of each party.
Important note:
Each PASS is nominative and will be issued to only one pass holder exclusively. Therefore the Name + ID number of a valid Passport, ID-Card, etc. of each single ticket holder //will be required //when a pass is purchased. Presenting the corresponding ID/Passport of each single PASS holder (Photocopy accepted) will be also required at the welcome point / entrance and is mandatory in exchange for the wristband in hand.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS AVAILABLE ON DOORS OF EACH PARTY
★ Individual tickets of each party will be available directly at the entrance of the club every night.
★ There is no pre-sales of individual tickets. If you find some individual tickets sold outside the clubs, in the streets or on the beach, it is a fake ticket. A tax receipt with our event company details is always given to you at the casher desk of the clubs.
★ If you buy all the individual tickets at the entrance of each club, the total price will be higher than buying the Full-Access PASS.
★ In that case, XLSIOR strongly recommends you to arrive early to the club as the capacity might be limited in some clubs and XLSIOR cannot guarantee the access to the non-PASS holders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE XLSIOR PASS
★ The PASS wristband is personal, nominative, not transferable, not refundable nor re-sellable. You must keep it during the full period of the festival. The PASS wristband is extremely resistant and cannot break by itself. If you break, cut or lose it, the PASS wristband becomes automatically invalid and you won’t be able to have access to any party, except by paying the ticket at entrance.
★ A particular attention will be given to the fraud attempts at the entrances (exchange of bracelet, cut bracelet…). Each bracelet is nominative and the ID might be required to enter in case of any doubt of the ownership of the wristband. Any guest who is trying to fraud the entrance control with a wristband not belonging to herself/himself will be refused and a legal case will be opened against her/him.
★ The PASS wristband doesn’t exempt the holder from the obligation to respect the same rules as the other guests of the festival.
★ XLSIOR reserves the right to cancel the PASS and refuse the access to anyone that has an inappropriate behavior during the festival.
★ The purchase of a PASS cannot be cancelled and XLSIOR does not provide any refund.
